Campus Director
Run the 15-acre Grow Campus day-to-day. You report to the founder. Tenant relations, campus development oversight, investor tour hosting, vendor management. This is the top operational seat at Pass Creek.

Property Manager
Manage all campus properties — lease administration, maintenance, inspections, tenant improvements. 15 acres and 4+ entity tenants running smoothly.

- Compliance & code enforcement
Requirements
- Property management certification preferred

Event Coordinator
Run campus events — THE CULT venue ops, corporate retreats, weddings, investor tours, short-term rental management. Turn 15 acres into a destination.

Construction Project Lead
Manage Phase 1-3 build-out — $10-17.5M across 5 years. Contractor management, budget tracking, permitting, workforce housing construction.

Facilities & Maintenance Lead
Maintain all campus infrastructure — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, snow removal, equipment maintenance. The person who keeps 15 acres running.

How We Sustain This
Pass Creek Holdings is self-sustaining from Day 1 — internal lease revenue from all BHC entity tenants covers operating costs. An additional $8M allocation from the $52M BHC capital raise funds Phase 1-3 campus development, growing property value from $2.6M to $30M.
